Terms & Conditions

We recommend that orders are placed about 1 month before wedding, in order to ensure flower availability. However, orders can be placed at shorter notice.
Flowers will be delivered 2 to 3 days before wedding. Lilies should be delivered a bit earlier, as they take 5 to 7 days to open. Remember most flowers arrive in bud and will need a few days to recondition and open up.
Flowers are delivered via Business Post. Our flowers are well hydrated before despatch, but are shipped out of water. It is important to cut stems and get flowers in water as soon as possible once you receive them.
Prices on some flowers may change around seasonal events, specifically Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas. Please call if you require bulk flowers for these times.
While we can guarantee the colour of the flowers, we cannot guarantee the exact flower variety or shade. Flowers can have dramatic colour variations depending on weather conditions and time of year. So please be aware that the colour of flowers may fall with a spectrum.
Detailed care instructions and flower condition are despatched with our flowers and advise on the best environment to keep the flowers i.e. cool room, away from drafts and direct sunlight.
We would advise the recipient to have on hand the following items when the flowers arrive
- Clean buckets
- Fresh water
- Rose stripper
- Scissor or pruning shears.
However, if required they are available via our service for a small fee.
