Delivery Information

 

Deliveries are made by Courier, Parcel Force, or First Class Letter Post. Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday during working hours. Our delivery service is NOT available on Sundays or UK public holidays.

To allow for weekends, holidays, time differences etc., it is advisable to place orders two working days or more before a chosen delivery date. We then aim to despatch the hamper to arrive as close as possible to that date or a day before.

A surcharge is applicable to Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles & Channel Islands. Phone Customer Services for details.

If your order is received before 3.00pm it can be despatched that same day. Although at peak times, such as Christmas, we recommend that you book two to three days in advance of the required delivery date.

If the recipient is not at the delivery address you state at time of delivery, our courier will attempt to find a safe place to leave your bouquet e.g. next door or in a porch. In the instance where there is no safe place our courier will leave a card for the recipient, with a telephone number, to enable a mutually convenient delivery time.

Please make sure all addresses are accurate and include the postal town and postal code, together with the recipients telephone number. This enables us and our couriers to speedily and accurately deliver your gifts. Inaccurate addresses may incur extra delivery charges to yourself, and an inevitable delay.

Claims for loss or damage
We guarantee to replace any item damaged or lost in transit within the UK immediately free of charge providing the following:

  • The goods are signed for upon receipt as either ‘damaged’ or ‘unexamined’
  • We are informed at once and it is confirmed by the recipient to us quoting reference number on the parcel.
  • Damaged goods must be retained for inspection and it may be required that they be returned to us at our expense before replacement or refund.
  • We regret that claims cannot be accepted if over fourteen days from date of despatch.

Our liability is limited to the selling price of the goods in all cases.

We cannot be held responsible for late or non-delivery due to adverse weather conditions. We cannot accept responsibility for the wrong order or non-delivery, resulting from incorrect information or addresses being provided.

Bulk Delivery
If you are sending more than six parcels to the same address then our bulk delivery discounts will save you money. Contact us for a quotation.

Christmas Orders
To be certain your Christmas gifts arrive in good time for the holiday, your orders should reach us by 15th December.

Christmas deliveries will be despatched from 12th – 23rd Dec. We are unable to guarantee a specific time or day of delivery at this time of year. 

If you are ordering a gift for delivery to a business address, please ensure that you check when they close for Christmas to ensure we agree with you the best date to send the gift off in good time
