Answers

1. How do I order?
You can order online as long as you have a MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Maestro, Solo or Switch cards. No addition forms, or unnecessary requirements. Simply look for the bouquet you want, click on order and fill out your order and credit card details. It could not be easier!

2. What if I want to buy bulk or wholesale?
No problem, we have an application form for larger corporate orders or contact us for more details on how to purchase in bulk.

3. How will I be billed?
You are charged the moment your credit card is verified and we confirm your sale at the end of the transaction. You are billed in your local currency equivalent of the purchase price (unless otherwise specified by your credit card company).

4. Is it safe?
Absolutely, we use state of the art SSL (Secure Socket Encryption) – The safest Internet security encryption available anywhere. As there is no physical handling of your credit card details, there is less chance of fraud.

5. How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is free of charge! For more information on delivery, just go to the Packing & Delivery Section.

6. What if the flowers are late or get spoiled?
We take every precaution to preserve your flowers so it gets to its destination fresh. However, if for any reason the flowers do not arrive in good condition, we will replace your purchase with a fresh bouquet as long as it is in accordance to our purchase agreement. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more detail.

7. How are the flowers packaged?
All our flowers are delivered in bud stage so that you can enjoy watching them bloom. They will be packed in customer made Post-a-Rose bouquet packaging and delivered in sturdy gift boxes that are especially designed for our fresh flowers. It will be accompanied by a personal message card, rose care instructions and rose conditioner. Please see our Packing & Delivery Section for more details.
