Can I still order flowers and gifts?

Yes, we have fresh daily deliveries from our flower nurseries and our carrier partners allow us to continue to deliver beautiful fresh flowers.

Why am I unable to select certain delivery dates?

We are currently experiencing exceptionally high demand. We care about you and our own employees, so we have limited the number of new orders that we can take on. Sorry about this. 

Will my order be delivered on time?

We will do our absolute best to delivery your gift on the chosen date. However, we have had to remove our delivery guarantee. Our carrier partners continue to offer exception service, but in these difficult circumstances some deliveries maybe slightly delayed.

Will my delivery be contact free?

Our carrier partners, Royal Mail and IOM Post, operate under guidelines from the Public Health Authority and have made adjustments accordingly to protect both the recipient and the delivery person. 

For deliveries that are too large for your letter box, the delivery person will place the item on the door step, ring the door bell and step away. 

Where recorded delivery has been requested, the delivery person will use a hand held device to log the name of the indivdiual who has accepted the item.  This is instead of handing over the device to the customer to capture a signature.
