In the unlikely event of any unavailability of product ordered, we will undertake to fulfil your order with the closest matching substitute available of the same value or more.

Telephone Orders
If you desire to place your order directly with Post-a-Rose, please call us at 01624 662410. Our hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday – Friday. After business hours, you are welcome to leave us a message on our voice mail system and someone will contact you the following morning.

Our Guarantee
Guaranteed freshness, excellent value and truly exceptional vase life are some of the reasons why Post-a-Rose aims to make every customer delighted.

All our roses have a guaranteed vase life of 7 days, although we know that they last longer than that, even as much as 4 weeks. We are therefore very happy to guarantee, if you ever have reasonable cause to be dissatisfied with one of our bouquets, we will be glad to offer you a replacement bouquet or refund.

Our total liability for any claim whatsoever shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied to the customer. We shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way.

Secure Ordering
Post-a-Rose welcomes all major credit cards. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.

Our shopping basket is secured by 128-bit SSL. This means that we utilise industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details. Therefore, the information passed between your computer and out purchase area cannot be read in the event it is intercepted by someone else.

Protecting your privacy is very important to us. We adopted policies to safeguard your personal information and are committed to protecting its confidentiality.

We are registered under the Data Protection Act. We do not disclose any personal information to outside sources. Your personal information is treated as confidential 100% of the rime and is strictly controlled.


We require at least two working days notice for cancellations prior to stated delivery day. Cancellation prior to the two working days notice period may incur no charge.

In peak periods such as Mother's Day and Christmas, the cancellation period may need to be extended as a result of operational constraints.

Valentine's Day - latest cancellation or modification date is 3 days before requested delivery date.

We are unable to cancel orders with less than this notice.

The Post-a-Rose website may sell products containing intoxicating liquor. Pursuant to the Licensing Act 1995 it is an offence for any person under the age of 18 to buy, or attempt to buy, intoxicating liquor, or for any person over the age of 18 to buy intoxicating liquor on behalf of any person under the age of 18, subject to a maximum fine on conviction of £1000. Post-a-Rose are committed to upholding both the legal and social obligations as a retailer of intoxicating liquor. Post-a-Rose have introduced a number of control checks to achieve this throughout the purchase and distribution process.

None of the information contained in the Terms & Conditions will affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
