Braddan Smoked Salmon Side

Smoked in a traditional smokehouse using a secret recipe developed by master smokers using hard work, time and skill to develop the finest smoked salmon.

Smoked over oak chippings, Maldon sea salt is mixed with sugar to cure superior Scottish salmon ready for smoking.

The finished product can take up to three days to be ready for the plate.

Presented in a bespoke Braddan wooden presentation case on a bed of oak chippings.
